How to access giving statements

Our ministry is using a new system—called Elvanto—for managing all donations, ministry activity, and giving statements.

To start, you will need to have the personalized link included in the email or letter that was sent with your giving statement. Your account information is already created and is already connected with your history of giving. The link allows you to create your own login and password so you can access information at any time! Please be aware this link expires after 14 days.

Here are the steps to creating an account and accessing your information on Elvanto/Tithe.ly:

Step 1: Access your account link within 14 days

Check the email that included your giving statement. You should have received a link within the statement that allows you to set up your account in Elvanto.

If your giving statement was mailed to you, your link will be on the letter.

If too much time has elapsed from when the link was first sent, contact our administrator and she can send you a new link.

Step 2: Log in

After creating an account, you will directed to log in. The login page is www.ccfministry.com/member-login. It should look like the image below.

Step 3: Getting around

To change your email or mailing address or any other information, hover over your name in the top right corner and select “Profile”. You will be directed to your information. You can update as much contact information as you’d like. Your information will only be seen by the administrative staff and any pastors you might support. Other members will not be able to see your information. To make the changes, select “Edit Profile”.

Step 4: Download your giving statement

The link included in the email with your giving statement will eventually expire. If you need to access your statement again, simply click on the “My Giving” section at the top of the page, or the “Giving” in the box with profile and preferences.

Step 5: Log in anytime

The link that was sent to you as part of your giving statement letter is only for creating an account. After you have set up your account on Elvanto and linked your Tithely account if you already had on, you can find the Elvanto login website here: www.ccfministry.com/member-login
